Fruity Smoothie

Ingredients: 2 cups ice 2 ounces silken tofu 1 medium banana 1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered 1/3 cup vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup apple juice 2 tablespoons honey 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg Method: Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth, about 1 minute.
